Bio-Gel Fillers

Bayside Medical Practice + Med Spa

The power of PRF Facial fillers derived from your own blood

According to Dr. Richard J. Miron, the discovering  role of platelet regulation during wound healing has  brought  platelet concentrates to the forefront across nearly every field of regenerative medicine, such  as dentistry, joint injuries, and many more disciplines (Miron, et. al, 2021).

Bio-filer technology builds on the same platelet concentrate techniques used for over  20 years for wound healing. This next generation technology delivers super concentrated platelet rich fibrin derived filler, stimulating regenerative results for facial and body rejuvenation.

What are Bio-Fillers ?

Bio-fillers, often referred  to as EZ-gel, are fillers similar in purpose to hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers used in facial and body aesthetics today. Bio-fillers are made from your own blood through a delicate process of laboratory separation to harvest the fibrin and platelet isolates within your own blood.

The procedure  begins with a simple small blood collection followed by precise laboratory processing of your blood. This process produces  a viable cellular-protein injectable filler.

When injected into the skin and underlying structures, the harvested concentrated bio-filler creates volume and stimulates  a cascade of cellular regeneration reactions giving rise to more youthful skin over time.

Because this process  is natural, there is less risk when compared artificial fillers.

HA fillers which are synthetically manufactured fillers designed to provide instant volumizing results for facial rejuvenation,  and are eventually degraded over time due to an enzyme your body produces called hyaluronidase. Where as Bio-fillers are autologous (derived from your own body) and begin working when injected into the skin structures through a process known as bio-cellular stimulation. This process works with your bodies own healing properties to create a new matrix of elastin and collagen, generating results over time.

Often desired results  are achieved through a combination of these procedures. Many clinicians now combine HA filler with Bio-filler to produce immediate  and lasting results.

What are the cost of Bio-Fillers ?

One session of bio-filler preparation and injection usually ranges from 750 to 2000 dollars, depending on your individualized rejuvenation  goals. The session usually takes about 1  hour to complete.

The process usually produces 4 to 5 ml’s of bio-filler which could cost over 5000 dollars when compared to traditional HA fillers.
