Personalized Wellness & Weight Management

Weight management is often a complex undertaking. If you are reading this, it is likely that you are seeking assistance in addressing your weight-related challenges. Our clinicians bring over 20 years of experience in providing effective weight loss support. Your personalized plan will commence with a comprehensive evaluation of your medical history and an assessment of any underlying issues contributing to chronic weight fluctuations.

At Bayside Medical Practice, we provide a thorough weight management assessment. Following a meticulous analysis of the findings, we will develop a tailored plan designed to help you achieve your weight objectives.

The initial consultation encompasses a detailed review of the patient's medical history, accompanied by a comprehensive physical examination. This consultation aims to provide tailored recommendations for laboratory testing, an evaluation of dietary habits, an assessment of both current and historical exercise routines, and the identification of underlying causes. This includes considerations related to gut flora dysbiosis, hormonal imbalances, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and cortisol irregularities, as well as mental health symptoms.

We will collaboratively develop a tailored plan to assist you in achieving and maintaining your health and weight management goals. This plan may incorporate injections, oral medications, physical activities, and dietary supplements. You will receive ongoing support through monthly reviews to ensure that any necessary adjustments to your health objectives are made.
